I've lived in a dysregulated nervous system. I know the way out.

I spent years feeling like something was spiritually wrong with me. Why couldn't I just rest? Why did people exhaust me so quickly? Why did I feel anxious even when things were fine?

The answer wasn't more discipline or more prayer alone. It was understanding how God designed the body to respond to stress — and learning how to help it feel safe again.

As a trauma recovery coach and graduate student in Marriage and Family Therapy, I've spent years studying the intersection of nervous system science and faith-based healing. And I've helped women discover they were never broken, just dysregulated.

That's what I want for you, too.

Inside, you’ll find supportive community, somatic tools, and faith-based guidance to help you move from survival mode into lasting peace and security.

Group Coaching

One on One Coaching

One-on-one coaching is a safe, guided space to heal from relational trauma at the root, not just manage the symptoms. Together, we gently untangle patterns shaped by past relationships, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild a sense of safety, trust, and self-worth. This work integrates somatic tools and truth-based perspective shifts so you can move from survival mode into secure, grounded living.
